- My name is Kendahl Jo Andrade. Named after my great grandpa Kendall and my daddy Joe.
- My birthday is August 26, 1984. I'm a Virgo, to a T, with a splash of Leo when the ADHD kicks in.
- I've got clinical depression, ADHD and OCD. I'm a basket case.
- The husband and I got married Friday, July 13, 2007. That's 5 years. Which is A LOT. We've been together since Halloween 2005. That's 7 years. Which is EVEN MORE A LOT.
- I was born and raised, and still live, in Utah. I kind of hate it here and had plans to move to Vegas and be a bartender but then the husband showed up and ruined my entire life. In the best way possible.
- I am afraid of clowns and deer and losing people that I love. And also, peaches. No lie.
- I love cupcakes and sugar and chocolate (just not chocolate cake or ice cream) and zombies and haunted places and my cat and loud music and fast cars and hockey and penguins and tesla coil music.
- I don't love acoustic music or Green Day or reggae or drama or scorpions or earwigs or fake people or liars or bigots or hypocrites.
Now for the questions I'm s'pose to answer...
1.) Why do you blog?
I totally just covered this right hurrr.
2.) What do you blog about?
Everything except baby crap. For real.
3.) What do you find to be the biggest reward you get from blogging?
It's helpful to release all this crazy sometimes, even if it's just typing it out. Also, I get to meet people that are a little bit off like me. People that don't make me feel like I'm lost in a sea of different crazies.
4.) How long have you been blogging?
January of 2009... I think...
5.) Let’s hear the story behind your blog title!
"Not Your Every Day Mommy" because I'm not a mom every day and because I'm not a typical mom. Seriously, it's hilarious if you think about it. Laugh right now.
Now it's your turn!
But deer are so cute! And I love Green Day!
ReplyDeleteI think we can still be friends though :P
Love your list!
ReplyDeleteOkay, mine lame list:
*Birthday: December 21, 1980
*Married Brandon December 22, 2006
*Anxiety sucks.
*Born and raised in Utah. Been all back east traveling, but thrilled I live here!
*Not a big animal person. Hate dogs, allergic to cats, hunt deer :) and elk and such LOL
*Never HUGE chocolate lover but have become one the last few years, loving sweets more. Not a good thing on the figure.
*Love country music, Pearl Jam and Metallica and some alternative music. Don't listen to much besides country since I have had kids though. Miss all the bands and getting together listening to all my guy friends play. Said I would marry a guy who played guitar. Hmmm 2 later..never happened.
*Hate drama, spiders, snakes, scorpions, earwigs, fake people, liars and hypocrites too!
1.) Why do you blog?
Started as a way to journal kids pictures..don't have time for actually scrapbooking. Planned on making blog books to replace them..so far 1 down and about 6 years behind and getting deeper.
2nd blog: giveaways and reviews..started as a company asking if I wanted to on my own blog, but I declined. After multiple companies asked (obviously I was entering too many of their giveaways LOL)I decided to start my own. Now its a hobby and another way to give my kids fun things we could never otherwise afford at this time in our life.
2.) What do you blog about?
Kids, family, life, stress, venting LOL
2nd blog: anything companies ask me too..well almost. Family friendly and only
if its something we would use, like or agree with. Turn alot down and don't post alot
I have negative outcomes with.
3.) What do you find to be the biggest reward you get from blogging?
Agree with you. Gets alot of my mind, gives me somewhat of a social life, even if a lame one
and journaling for my family.
4.) How long have you been blogging?
November 2005
5.) Let’s hear the story behind your blog title!
family blog.. no real title.
2nd blog: Smile A Day Giveaways. "Another way to bring a Smile to your day!"
After learning about reviews and blogging, I started entering and winning a ton. It was
at a hard time in our lives when life was constantly knocking us down and it was the
positive in my day that brought a smile admist all the gloom. My family would always
joke I always had a smile on my face while blogging because I was constantly winning
and getting packages and meeting new friends. It was the uplifting positive thing I
needed a that time. I often add uplifting quotes to try to brighten someone elses day.
okay..you probably knew all that, if not here you are :)
Hope all is well. Have a fabulous day!!
* my list :)
