Things I learned on Pinterest: chunky avocado salsa


chunky avocado salsa. (recipe below, with my changes)

2 medium tomatoes

2 avocados

1 cup of sweet white corn (I used frozen)
1 can of black beans
, rinsed and drained

Garlic salt
, to taste (I used about a tablespoon)
Black pepper, to taste (I used about a tablespoon)
Tobasco sauce, to taste (I used about a teaspoon)



Dice up the tomatoes, and add them to a bowl with corn and black beans. Season with garlic salt, pepper, and Tobasco to taste. Mix everything together. Now, eat some to make sure it is seasoned to your liking. If it's not, add more of what it needs. Dice the avocado and add to the bowl, then mix everything together. All done!
