day 29- in this past month, what have you learned

You know when someone asks you a question and you are positive you know the answer but since they asked, you forget? This is one of those questions. I know I've learned a lot in the past month but I can't really think of anything...

I know. I learned loyalty given out is rarely given back. I don't necessarily want to go into the back story, just know I'm sick of being a loyal friend to someone and then having them turn around and stab me in the back. That is all.
