Thanksgiving Point Rocks!

Last week, thanks to Jones [she's my superhero], I got to go to an amazing event for blogger moms at Thanksgiving Point. Sadly, I didn't get to take Punk because 'real mom' would rather she spend the day with a babysitter than come learn and have fun and play.

Anyway, I just wanted to highlight a few things about Thanksgiving Point that are AWESOME. Stay tuned for a giveaway.

First, we have the Gardens. I got my bridals done here and they are super gorgeous and I love the waterfall with all my heart.
This makes me want a pond with lilypads!

Then there are Discovery Gardens, that have so much for kids to do! I want to take Punk back to this for sure. This ark is freaking cool, and I especially love the giraffes.


Then on we go to Farm Country! This was fun and they had a ton of baby animals! I even got to hug a baby horse. Jones has that image though, so you don't get to see it. Just imagine it, k?


This little guy is a total rockstar!

And check out this dude's underbite! What a cutie.

Then we traveled to the dinosaur museum, where you should never let women wander when they don't have their children. :)


And this is why...

*AHEM* Moving onto the AMAZING dinner we had from Harvest, Thanksgiving Point's phenomenal restaurant. Go, and eat, and love it. I sure do!


This little treasure here is a key lime white chocolate cheesecake. I was SO full by the time we got it, but I ate the entire thing anyway. Who am I to let good cheesecake go to waste?!

So yah, go to Thanksgiving Point. What's that you say? You don't have the money? Well, luckily for you Thanksgiving Point has that part covered! Every Tuesday in August is $2 Tuesdays, and you can get into any of the wonderful areas for just $2! That's an awesome price, and you could find $2 in change in the couch.
