Pingo is a pre-paid calling card service that offers really good rates on international and domestic long distance calls, along with unbeatable quality, simplicity and convenience. If you make a lot of long distance calls, especially to outside of this country, Pingo is a great way to go. I don’t have many relatives that live too far from me, but I do have some, so when I call them I plan to use Pingo. To place a call, you just call your local access number, enter your account number and your PIN [you have to set that up first], then the country code and the phone number, and then hit #.
Something great they offer is a scheduled charge to your credit card to add more time to your calling card. If you are on a set budget but make a lot of long distance calls, this could be a great option! You can set your limit each month and plan for that charge to happen. Great for budgeting!
